Switch FT{Cluster,Digit,NZSCluster}Monitor from AIDA histograms to new histograms
This merge request switches FTClusterMonitor, FTDigitMonitor, FTNZSClusterMonitor from AIDA histograms to the new (counter based) histograms. The example options files are also changed to use RootHistoSink.
