remove boiler plate used for code migrations

remove boiler plate used for code migrations:

• replace Sel::Utils::invoke_or_visit with LHCb::invoke_or_visit
• remove usage of #ifdef GAUDI_FUNCTIONAL_CONSTRUCTOR_USES_TUPLE
• simplify test_thor_combiner
• remove OutputStorage alias from CombineTracksSIMD.h
