remove boiler plate used for code migrations:

replace Sel::Utils::invoke_or_visit with LHCb::invoke_or_visit
remove usage of #ifdef GAUDI_FUNCTIONAL_CONSTRUCTOR_USES_TUPLE
simplify test_thor_combiner
remove OutputStorage alias from CombineTracksSIMD.h
