Cleanup of unused code in the Muon

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge sponce_cleanupMuon into master

Specifically MuonRead and remaining headers of the MuonTrackAlign package.

Can Muon people confirm that this code can be dropped ? @desimone @svecchi @satta
