remove getDet in HypoEstimator and Hypo2Calo

Remove getDet in CaloFutureHypoEstimator, pass DeCalorimeter explicitly from the algorithms. Adapt CaloFutureHypoNtp accordingly.

  • remove getDet from CaloFutureHypo2CaloFuture as well
