Remove getDet in CaloFutureElectron

Guanyue Wan requested to merge 388-remove-getdet-in-calofutureelectron into master

This MR removes the usage of getDet in CaloFutureElectron and makes corresponding modifications in CaloFutureECorrection, as described in #388 (closed) .

The MR in LHCb MR3741 in LHCb needs to be tested in the same time with this MR.
