Disable failing conversion on DST with Run 2 LHCbIDs

When using the reconstructed objects from the existing DST, track conversion will fail because the LHCbID changed by !3226 (merged). This test that's sensitive to this is disabled until we recreate DSTs.

Needed for LHCb!3226 (merged)
