Added functional flavour taggers
Added functional flavour taggers (SSKaon, SSProton, OSKaon, OSElectron, OSMuon and OSVertexCharge) written by @cprouve, @zhshen and myself to the master branch. These are taggers ported from Run 1/2 into the Run 3 functional framework.
Moore!1836 (merged) and LHCb!3728 (merged) depends on this.

I cannot comment inline in the code for some reason... My comment would be that anything that can be cut on in thor should go into
flavourTagging.py. That means for example the PID cuts that show up in the taggers.Edited by Claire Prouve - Last reply by Claire Prouve
