Misc rich reco updates

Various minor changes whilst commissioning refractive index calibration on real 2022 data.

Main change is a reduction in the aggressiveness of the CK theta/phi value truncation, as it was observed to be introducing aliasing effects at the current values. Because of this ref updates are needed.
