Add MCPrimaries and more MC functors

Create a set of MC functors for MCPrimaries and MC checking, see DaVinci!815 (merged)

This should tested with: DaVinci!815 (merged) Analysis!946 (merged) and LHCb!3935 (merged)

Hi! Since you are doing it. Wouldn't you mind also take care of these properties: LHCb::MCVertex::DecayVertex LHCb::MCVertex::OscillatedAndDecay LHCb::MCVertex::HadronicInteraction ?
