Update the Run3 DTF: Add extra output and v2 PVs support

This MR Update the DTF algorithm and python helper class:

• Adapt v2 PVs, first step for https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/210
• Add new functors and extra outputs to access directly the fit result #423
• Add necessary tests

This should be tested with: DaVinci!863 (merged) Analysis!966 (merged) and LHCb!4007 (merged)
