Remove MCMatchObjP2MCRelator

As far as I've tested, the tool MCMatchObjP2MCRelator is not executed in the regular usage of MCTruthAndBkgCatAlg in DaVinci. In my case, where I use MCTruthAndBkgCatAlg in Moore, MCMatchObjP2MCRelator was being executed an enormous amount of times per event making the process extremely slow, and finally, I realized I obtain the same results in a lot less time just removing this tool.
