Get particle selection from WeightedRelationTable

• Add temporary code to use to get a selection of particles from a filtered Relation Table, useful in this case as pointed by @roneil.

two small points:

1. I would not call this a 'trick' -- it is a general useful thing
2. because it is a general useful thing, I wouldn't call it PersistSelection -- in general I prefer names which document what something does, not what the initial motivation for the functionality is.

Hence I'd change PersistSelection into something like SelectionFromWeightedTable.
