Define BegT and EndT states and nodes instead of AtT

Following the discussion, this MR defines BegT and EndT reference state locations instead of more vague AtT.

Also, the constructor of reference FitNodes now automatically picks up the relevant z position. yet draft

goes with LHCb!4172 (merged)
