Dropped unused code around FitParams

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge sponce_cleanup into master

Namely : FwdFitParams, KsFitParam, MatchFitParams, SeedFitParams and FwdParameters classes

They were actually used in the FitParams.py option file, but these options could not be used in run3, as it relied on IT and OT being present
