RecoMon: more correlationhists recomon, configurable for pp vs PbPb

It seems we needed some more correlation histograms, in particular I now moved to using mostly ECAL energy instead of number of ECAL clusters, as the latter saturates quickly. Needs to go with Moore!2695 (merged) and actually supersedes !3593 (closed).

On top of this this MR deals with providing two sets of ranges for the histograms, one for pp, one for PbPb. This is extendable, in case we realise that intermediate ranges (e.g. for p-nucleon or other nucleon-nucleon collisions) are necessary.
