RICH 4D Reco: Add support for emulating pixel sizes during reco.

Misc. updates to RICH 4D reco. to support U2 scoping document studies.

  1. Add some new MC checking histograms.
  2. Add some MC 'cheating' algorithms that allow emulation of any arbitary CK theta resolution function.
  3. Add ability to make 'ghost' tracks when building them from MC information.
