Draft: New monitor to plot quantities from tracks obtained from particle containers, usefult for alignment

Given a particle container, the monitor plots different quantities computed from the tracks associated with the particles. These include the track chi2 distribution, vertex properties, slopes, and several histograms where the mass of the mother particle is represented as a function of several variables which are useful to evaluate the alignment quality.
