Convert T tracks MVA filter to multiclass model.

This improves or maintains efficiency, whilst improving background rejection, and reducing the output of standard builders by up to 85%.

Increases efficiency for two-prong decays with masses in the range 2.5 < m(LLP) < 4.5 by about 12×

Depends on updated model files in lhcb-datapkg/ParamFiles!95 (merged)
