Updated ghost probability with UT trained with 2024 expected MC.

Also cleans up old ghost prob algos.

Goes with lhcb-datapkg/ParamFiles!97 (merged) (training info there) and Moore!3480 (merged) and MooreOnline!451 (merged) and LHCb!4570 (merged)
