Draft: Update FTMon

Hendrik Jage requested to merge hjage_sfmon_2024 into master

This MR updates the SciFi cluster monitoring algorithms (used in FTMon) to their latest version, i.e. the one used in the final days of 2024 data taking. These changes include:

  • FTLiteClusterMonitor:
    • new plots monitoring:
      • the cluster pseudo size
      • cluster stability over time
      • sipm saturation
      • per event histograms
    • added option to enable/disable all groups of plots per collision type (BeamBeam, EmptyEmpty, ...)
  • FTLiteClusterTAEMonitor:
    • exploit full potential of superTAE
