Rich: do not specify unnecessary Gaudi::Range_ arguments

Prepare for a future change in Gaudi -- simplify the (very long) typename for Gaudi::NamedRange_ (which increases the memory consumption during compilation) by dropping the (optional) 'Iteratorargument fromGaudi::NamedRangeas it _always_ at its default value -- do not specify an explicitIterator` when declaring a range, but instead rely on the default value (which implies that in the future, the argument can be dropped without changes here).
