Fix RICHFUTURE photon reconstruction settings for the upgrade

It seems the RICHFUTURE photon reconstruction settings, for the upgrade, was missing some configuration settings. This MR adds them. It cannot change anything w.r.t. the current detector, only upgrade configurations.
