New versions of PrForward(Tool), that work with the small output container of PrVeloUT. New files were needed in order not to break the Forward in the BestStage.

By default, nothing happens, as the normal PrForward(Tool) will run. If you want to use this, you need to compile the version that gives a small output in PrVeloUT, and change the configuration to run PrForwardTrackingFast. This is mostly for tests of the speed and likely not to be the final version(s).
