Copy of StrippingInclusiveDoubleDConfLine and StrippingInclusiveCharmBaryonsLine from 2018-patches InclusiveDoubleDConfLine does not pass a test with the following error

ERROR  : Unable to configure InclusiveDoubleDConf because of module 'GaudiConfUtils.ConfigurableGenerators' does not have attribute 'FilterUnique'

InclusiveCharmBaryonsLine test crashed with the following error

--- <FATAL> GBDT                     : The following options were specified, but could not be interpreted: 'RegressionLossFunctionBDTG=absolutedeviation:HuberQuantile=7.000000e-01:SkipNormalization=False', please check!
