Added wmu high ip and isolated lines that were introduced in run 2 for Run 1 restripping

@mmarinan I've added the two lines that we introduced in Run 2 to select single high pt muons which have either a large IP or isolated with PT > 15 GeV. These complement the single muon line which has PT > 20 * GeV. The retention tests are below for 2011 and 2012 data. Everything looks fine for 2011 but the 2012 rates look a bit higher (but more in line with what we had in Run 2). They are a bit above the 0.05% retention rate but have a rather large overlap with the WMu line (everything above 20 GeV) so hopefully should be okay. We can run test their exclusive rate if required.

I haven't added these to the init.py file. Let me know if you'd like me to do that.
