Lines with calo banks of low mult. photons and electrons for Run 1 restripping

Lines saving low multiplicity events that contain photons or electrons for calorimeter studies. Events will be saved to full DST, including the calo raw banks.

These lines were present in s21 but were missing the calo banks which prevents further improvement of the calo reconstruction for the Run1 period of data taking. This is thus a fix, to be used for Run1 restripping only (Run2 low mult data includes calo raw banks).
