Prescale LV and VV lines to zero

Since removing these lines from the dictionaries did not work as expected, we just prescale them to zero. This MR does so in Selections, and we will update the dictionaries.

We also explicitly specify the list of lines to enter the Leptonic stream, and exclude the problematic ones from there.
