Added double SL line for RX control and reduced WARNINGS from B2XMuMu

This commit contains two changes:

  1. A double semileptonic line (StrippingRD/StrippingDoubleSLForRX) for use as a possible control channel in future RX analyses.
  2. Updates to the dictionary of cuts for StrippingRD/StrippingB2XMuMu to reduce Candidate limit warnings. Please see merge request:!43 (merged) from @olupton for details,

Note, to remove all the warnings we have also upped the internal candidate cap for the line. This is only an issue for the PID substitutions that in some cases end up cloning the inputs multiple times. Upping this cap does not seem to have adversely effected the timing of the line.
