change mass window for Lb2EtacKp lines for 2017 restripping

We would like to change the mass window for Lb->etacpK lines from 2.8GeV - 3.2GeV to 2.7GeV - 3.3GeV. This has been implemented in the restripping of other run2 data-taking years.

The rate and multiplicity are tested locally using 20000 test events. Before the change it is:
