GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Fixing !1303 (merged) where a wrong rate for the XicpToLambdaKSPip line has been measured.

Now the same cuts as in 2015/2016 are used. Long diff because of lb-format
