Restore the electron ID line (vlisovsk MR 10)

Vitalii Lisovskyi requested to merge vlisovsk_eID_line into 2017-patches

Restore the electron ID line which was not run in the previous restripping.

Main changes:

  • move to the DST stream (BHadronCompleteEvent)
  • align the tag kaon selection to that in the TurCal
  • prescale to 0 the not-needed inclusive line.
