Remove prescale from kaon lines for 2017 dataset

D2Klnu lines had a prescale of 0.1 to go to full dst. Remove prescale and move to mdst. Add raw event of calo/velo for cross-checks.

My sincere apologies, I don't know why I cannot run the tests. If there is any way to help me, that would be great.

From previous studies, the rates should be ok, but I would love to check
