Switch to 2018 D BDTs in XbToLambdaKmX module

Marian Stahl requested to merge mstahl_XbToLambdaKmX into 2018-patches

Use 2018 TMVA weights for D BDTs in XbToLambdaKmX module. I could not find a way to parse the year (e.g. DaVinci().DataType), so this needs to be set by hand.

I did not re-run tests to report rates here since they were tiny for 2017 and large changes are not expected.
