Add a new line for channels with multiple KS and two muons

Vitalii Lisovskyi requested to merge vlisovsk_ksksks into 2018-patches

It seems none of the RD lines selects channels with multiple KS mesons and two muons. This MR is supposed to solve this omission. Going to full DST, we hope to cover possible similar use cases and avoid developing RelInfo tools.
