QEE dmcontrollines 2018 patches
Hi! Me, @jcidvida and @cvazquez are adding some new control lines and changing the cuts for some of the already existing LambdaDecaysDM lines. The report would be this one.

The rate for the LambdaToDPiControlLine it's a bit higher than the limit, if this was a problem please let me know and I will adjust the prescale a bit, but we would like it to keep it as it is.
