Draft: New LLP->eta pi pi line

Andrii Usachov requested to merge ausachov_add_etapipi_gg into QEE_2018-patches

Introduce a new line in the LLP2Hadrons builder, which selects LLP->eta pi pi where eta decays to two photons. Other lines from the module were not included in the restripping of 2017 data - aiming at rerunning the entire module for 2017.

Result of tests with 10k events:
