Add B2LcLcK line

Adding Line B2LcLcK (B- -> Lc+ Lc~- K-) to assist normalisation in new analysis of Lb -> Lc+ Lc~- n. Rename existing 2023 restrip B2LcLcK line to B2LcLcKLoose.

Apologies for making a request late in the schedule. We already have in a line for normalisation (renamed here) with the same loosened cuts as our signal mode so not having this one in the restrip would not be a disaster. However, the analysis is of Lb -> Lc+ Lc~- n is new and so we think having this line in will be useful in being able to directly compare the response to analysing hadrons as missing momentum as well as being a failsafe normalisation channel for us given that it is the default line used in the B- -> Lc+ Lc~- K- analysis. If approved I will update the Wishlist.
