LineConf for B2CC S29

three Files have been modify:

StrippingB2JpsiXforBeta_s.py 1)decrease the prescale factor for Jpsi2MuMu line to match the retention rate 2)move the configuration of PID cuts to option 3)change the cuts of BPVLTIME() to DTF_CTAU(0,TRUE)

StrippingBd2JpsieeKS.py 1)decrease the prescale factor to match the retention rate

LineConfigDictionaries_B2CC.py modify due to changes in StrippingB2JpsiXforBeta_s.py

With the new configuration, the rates and timing are all fine.
