Change decay time and pid cuts on B2JpsiHHLine

We changed the decay time on BetaS lines from BPVLTIME() to DTF_CTAU(). In order to be consistent with the BetaS lines, we do the same for B2JpsiHH line.

We also change the definition of PID cuts to default_config table.

LineConf of B2CC is modified according to the above changes.
