New lines for the Lb2L0Gamma analysis

Carla Marin Benito requested to merge Lb2L0Gamma_ControlChannels into master

Add lines for control and normalisation channels for the Lb2L0Gamma analysis. Add also additional related info for the signal line.

All the lines have been tested on 100k events of the data sample provided by the coordinators. Both retention rates are timing are under the limits of lines going to mDST:
