add WMu NoID, Iso and HighPT lines to s29r1

The rates for the WMuIsoLine and WMuHighIpLine have higher rates than 0.05 but since the WMuLine is also present (overlap), candidates will be saved on the same DST and it add actually nothing to the rate.
