Adam Davis requested to merge adavis-ElectronRecoEff-corrVeloChi2 into Stripping29

Loosened velo track chi2 cut to avoid some biases in the efficiency. At same time, loosened vertex chi2 for EEK tag and probe as well as IP cut. New rates:
