Patch of SbarSCorrelations QEE stripping line to address issues with AALLSAMEBPV functor

Providing default values of AALLSAMEBPV functor arguments to allow correct processing in SbarSCorrelations stripping line for the QEE working group. Patch was tested by @fmaciuc so, please add him in CC if further issues need to be discussed offline.
