Upgrade and Optimization of StrippingLb2V0pp line
This is a MR for my stripping line which I would like to be include into all upcoming restripping campaigns. To be precise, it is an updated and optimized version of my line StrippingLb2V0pp.py which was included in stripping34 (old version is no longer useful). Hence, it is a modification of an existing line (introduced in s34).

I have tested this new version (following https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LBOPG-102 ) and created a log file with statistics indicating that line fulfills retention and time constrains: https://gitlab.cern.ch/PBD/CodeLb2Lppbar/blob/master/Stripping34p1/Lb2V0pp_StripTest.log
It is of uttermost importance for me that new version of my stripping line will be included in Incremental re-stripping of 2018 data and in all other years as well. I am ready to prepare my Merge request but I as the latest page does not indicate the target branch explicitly, please let me know what it is (I suppose it is "2018-patches" but I want to be sure) and also in case I need to fetch from other branches in order to avoid possible conflicts.
