Prepare B2KShh stripping lines for end-of-year restripping of 2015 and 2016 data

Lines essentially as per S26 except for fixed bug in HLT filters due to renaming of IncPhi lines to PhiIncPhi in 2016. Request that lines run also for 2015 since version in S24 had problem with MVA, leading to very low signal efficiency.
