Added setup for J/psi K*, J/psi phi lines

This includes the new J/psi K* and J/psi phi lines for electron and muon tracking efficiencies. A rate test of 20k events is:

(the mumuK line is tuned to give about 0.05%)

Note: Tomorrow morning I can have a look how to push this change directly to the earlier branch used in MR !949 (comment 2302404) (In addition with moving some things to a configurable here-and-there) Considering the time constraints, decided to just provide a working version soon enough.

Update: The other MR is closed. Some numbers were hardcoded, and I changed them to configurable :-)
