Update of StrippingBs2JpsieePhi for EoY stripping.

Konrad Klimaszewski requested to merge Bs2JpsieePhi_update_EOYrestripping into master
  • Increase the width of mass windows to have better left side-band
  • Adjust the order of cuts to reduce timing.
