Update of StrippingBs2JpsieePhi for EoY stripping.
- Increase the width of mass windows to have better left side-band
- Adjust the order of cuts to reduce timing.
The rate and timing looks fine:

@conrad just out of curiosity. Have you tried to run with the patch to the electrons? You use DiElectrons so you should be fine, but it would be nice to check it at the stripping level. To do that just follow the instructions in slide 4 from https://indico.cern.ch/event/502860/contributions/2384925/attachments/1378729/2094829/20161128_PPTS_stripping.pdf and retest again. If you see the same rates, then we are ok.
