Bug fix for StrippingCharmWeakDecay

Marco Pappagallo requested to merge mpappaga/CharmWeakDdecaysBugFixed into 2018-patches

The stripping line aims to select prompt tracks. Therefore StdAllLooseKaons/Pions should be used instead of StdLooseKaons/Pions. Cuts have been also tightened.
