Adding yaml files for pp reference run TCKs

Adding 5 new TCKs for pp reference run configurations for the following sequences:

  • hlt1_pp_ref_forward_then_matching_Ar
  • hlt1_pp_ref_forward‎_then_matching_H
  • hlt1_pp_ref_forward‎_then_matching_HeD
  • hlt1_pp_ref‎_vdm_bgi
  • hlt1_pp_ref_forward_then_matching_min_activity

TCKs are commit-based on commit Allen@25011d5e
